Metabolic Health Program

Sometimes you don’t need hormone replacement or a new primary care provider. You just need someone to take a closer look at what is going on.

Our Metabolic Health Program is for patients who want more individualized management of thyroid, metabolic, and other ongoing health concerns that may not fit into a traditional primary care visit.

We look at your symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle, and labs together instead of focusing on one number or symptom.

What We Can Help With

Depending on your individual needs, your care may include:

• Thyroid evaluation and medication management
• Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis
• Fatigue and low energy
• Insulin resistance and blood sugar concerns
• Cholesterol and metabolic markers
• Vitamin and nutrient deficiencies
• Brain fog and difficulty concentrating
• Hair, skin, or nail changes
• Sleep concerns
• Nutrition and supplement recommendations
• Other metabolic concerns that benefit from ongoing monitoring and management

**Testing and treatment are individualized. We don’t order the same panel or recommend the same treatment for every patient.

Membership

$100/month

Your membership includes:

• One required visit each month
• Unlimited additional visits related to the condition(s) we are treating
• Access to your provider for treatment-related questions
• Lab review and ongoing monitoring
• Medication management and adjustments when appropriate
• Individualized treatment recommendations
• One complimentary infrared sauna session each month

Labs, medications, supplements, imaging, and outside services are not included in the monthly membership fee.

What This Program Does Not Include

Metabolic Health is separate from our Medical Weight Loss and Hormone Replacement programs.

If your primary goal is prescription weight loss medication, you will be enrolled in our Medical Weight Loss Program.

If testosterone or female hormone replacement is the primary focus of your care, our hormone program will be the appropriate option.

Metabolic Health also does not replace your primary care provider. You should continue seeing your primary care provider for routine physicals, preventive screenings, vaccinations, acute illnesses, and conditions outside of what we are managing at Emerge.

Ongoing Care, Not Just a Lab Review

This isn’t a one time appointment where we look at your labs and send you on your way.

We follow how you’re feeling, monitor your labs when needed, adjust your treatment, and make changes as we go. That’s why we require at least one visit each month.

If you need us between those visits for something related to the condition we’re treating, those additional visits are included in your membership.
